Imperium is a SaaS product which uses Natural Language Processing to automate the management of Investment Guidelines for Investment Managers, Institutional Investors and Third Party Administrators. Imperium’s proprietary algorithm can identify guidelines within large documents such as Investment Management Agreements and Prospectuses, then extract them to store within the system. It can then match them with rules which have been coded within any Order Management System. This significantly reduces the time taken to process new and amended guidelines and also the risk of errors which may lead to guideline breaches.
